A 65yr old female came to the casuality with the chief complaints of SOB
A 65yr old female came to the casuality with the chief complaints of SOB since 30mins it was gradual in onset, progressive , since 11pm Which increased on supine position and relieved on sitting There was a similar complaint on 12/9/21 She is k/c/o HTN since 7months and is on Tab concor 5mag since 10days She is k/c/o of DM,TB, Asthma,epilepsy It was not associated with palpitations,giddiness, sweating, blackouts, blurring of vision, fever , cold, cough, generalised weakness, burning micturition. General examination Pallor, icterus, cyanosis , clubbing, lymphadenopathy : absent Edema : B/L mild pitting type upto shin of tibia Vitals: Temperature: afebrile Pulse rate 72 bpm BP: 140/90 mmHg SpO2: 92% with room air Respiratory rate: 23cpm Systemic examination RS: BAE+ CVS: S1S2 + PA: soft non tender CNS: no FAD F/U: The patient didn't recieve any medication on tht day and her SOB subsided and is completely fine now... She is just continuing her hypertension medication
