  • since morning - giddiness and profuse sweating.

primary etiology is uncontrolled DM nd inferior wall MI

TAB CLOPIBB 300mg PO/STAT

INJ HAI 6U/IV STAT

starting PTCA after 12 hours is acceptable but after 3 days is not correct and can lead to complications.
